The Disaster Response for Music Therapists e-course provides an overview of Psychological First Aid (PFA) and the core elements of the PFA certification course adapted from the American Red Cross and the Medical Reserve Corps/US Homeland Security. Some resources are specifically for families and caregivers, some for professionals in related fields, and many for music therapists.

AMTA's "Journal of Music Therapy" (JMT) currently is featuring an issue on arts based research. Guest Editor, Dr. Jane Edwards coordinated the special issue and is highlighted in an interview published by the Oxford University Press blog site.
