This is a reminder that the Board of Directors Meeting previously scheduled for September 27th will take place on October 6th, 9:00-10:30 pm ET.

Please complete this updated Google form only if you did NOT already RSVP for the original meeting date (9/27/22). The deadline for submitting the new form is Tuesday, October 4, by 9 pm ET.
