Moving AMTA Forward: We Want to Hear from You

Members of the music therapy community, 

AMTA is interested in obtaining feedback related to the topics of safe spaces, DEI, transparent communication, and the Executive Director search. We encourage all members -- as well as non-members -- who are interested in providing feedback to complete the surveys found at the links below. We are especially interested in hearing the voices and perspectives of members of our community who have experienced marginalization, so we encourage individuals who have experienced marginalization to take some time to complete the survey.

AMTA Executive Director Zoom Meetings and Survey

AMTA’s executive recruiter, Shira Lotzar, is hosting several Zoom calls to glean input for the Executive Director search. These calls are directed toward two member segments:

• A call exclusively for marginalized members on Monday 4/6 at 9:00 pm ET
• A call open to ALL members on the following three dates:
  • Monday 3/30 at 7:00 pm ET
  • Wednesday 4/1 at 8:30 am ET 
  • Thursday 4/2 at 9:00pm ET
