Call for Proposals:

We are now accepting proposals for the 2025 AMTA Symposium, which will be held September 14-17, 2025.  We are seeking presentations that will challenge our collective thinking and expand our capacity for professional growth in a rapidly changing world.  The intention of the planning team is to provide full courses of continuing education that will be broadly applicable to all or most MT-BCs. For 2025, in addition to the topics listed on the submission form, we are specifically seeking 3 CMTE proposals that focus on research in honor of MTR 2025, as well as on music therapy history, in honor of the 75th anniversary of music therapy as a profession. Reviewers Needed!

We are seeking reviewers to assist us with the anonymous review process for the 2025 AMTA Symposium. Reviewers can expect to spend around 8 hours and will be given a rubric and rating guide. Reviewers will likely complete this work during the month of May and will be given approximately 3 weeks to complete their assigned reviews.
