Membership in AMTA rocks! Your membership provides you so many benefits that you use everyday and we want to hear about them. AMTA and the Membership Committee will give away two free 2012 memberships in AMTA to one winner from each social media outlet: Facebook and Twitter.
Contest Rules:
Post a status update about why membership in AMTA is awesome.
- On facebook, tag American Music Therapy Association, Inc.
- On twitter, use the hashtag #AMTARocks
Tag someone else in the post and ask them to participate too.
Contest begins December 1 and entries will be accepted through December 20, midnight.
All participants who have posted a status update or tweet will be entered into pools for 2 free memberships. Each will be drawn randomly, one from the twitter pool and one from the facebook pool. You may post as any times as you like but each post needs to be different. Each unique post will count as one entry. Contest entrants can post in both Twitter and Facebook but may only be selected as a winner once.
If your post has tagged AMTA or used the contest hashtag, AMTA may share your update or tweet.
The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Twitter and must contact AMTA with his or her information to receive the free membership. If you have already paid for your 2012 membership, you’ll have the choice of a gift certificate to the AMTA Bookstore or a refund of the membership fee you paid. The membership category awarded will be determined by eligibility.
